Double-Edgers Line

In detail the line is composed by two double-edgers for the processing of the flat edge with arris with 11 cup wheels on each side.The first is able to process glasses with a maximum width of 2.600 mm, the second of 3.600 mm and is also equipped with one dubbing device on each side.

The two machines are connected with an angular transfer at 90°.

The main strong points of our double-edgers are the modern technologies used, the high-quality components for the electronics, the sensoristics and the automation and therefore the simple and quick setting and positioning.
