The new agreement provides for exclusive distribution of DFI's flagship Diamon-Fusion® coating and glass protection products throughout the automotive sector in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Eire. Vermonde Ltd. has partnered up with J D Concepts, DFI UK's administrator to develop an innovative guarantee that protects the car owner in the event of a chip or cracking of the windshield, and Premias Solutions, a well-established UK company with a strong presence in the dealership channel.
DFI's patented nanotechnology can be easily applied on new and existing glass surfaces for cars, vans, buses, trains and motor homes. The chemical reaction bonds to form an ultra-thin protective layer of optically clear material which makes the surface significantly resistant to weathering, and impacts, with an E2C (easy-to-clean) functional benefit. Independent studies have shown that windshields and side glass treated with hydrophobic coatings, such as Diamon-Fusion, have improved visibility during rainy conditions providing an invaluable added safety feature for drivers and passengers alike. In addition, independent lab test prove Diamon-Fusion treated windshields resist chips or cracks from flying road debris significantly better than untreated glass. For dealerships DFI UK will offer the Diamon-Fusion® Peak Performance Program, a program that increases customer satisfaction and drives traffic into dealerships through its patented Diamon-Fusion windshield coating and Peak Performance certificate that entitles holders to revitalization treatments every six months for up to five years. The revitalization process ensures peak performance of the Diamon-Fusion application, so the surface performs as well as the day it was applied.
