Deutsche Bank upgrades PPG Industries from Hold to Buy and raises their price target to $80. The firm said, "Options on a divestiture of chlor-alkali are more possible today, having been accelerated by PPG's desire to be in a position to participate in a forthcoming coatings industry consolidation.
