New Delhi, Jan 28 (PTI) The Delhi High court has rejected a plea by Glaverbel, a part of AGC Flat Glass, to restrain its global rival Guardian Industries, a US-based international glass manufacturer, from selling copper-free mirrors in India.
Glaverbel, owned by AGC Flat Glass, the world's largest glass-making group, had approached the court claiming it had patent over copper-free mirrors and its rival Guardian should be restrained from manufacturing copper free mirrors.
