CRL U.S. Aluminum Breaks Ground on Major Expansion of Texas Headquarters

C.R. Laurence strengthens the U.S. Aluminum brand through a major expansion and renovation of its Waxahachie-based Division headquarters. C.R.

Laurence is proud to announce a large-scale expansion and renovation of its U.S. Aluminum Division headquarters in Waxahachie, Texas. Scheduled for completion in December 2014, CRL is continuing to strengthen and invest in the already robust CRL-U.S. Aluminum brand by bolstering key operational growth initiatives.

The Waxahachie CRL-U.S. Aluminum expansion project will essentially double the square footage of the existing building to a total of 347,576 sq. ft. The new facility will help stimulate overall production, distribution, and logistics, leading to a significant increase in stock inventories, shorter lead times, and improved customer and technical support.

"Expanding our U.S. Aluminum Division manufacturing presence allows us to increase the brand's reach in key North American markets through a Waxahachie-based centralized distribution center, similar to the framework of our CRL headquarters in Los Angeles," says Lloyd Talbert, President of C.R. Glass and glazing industry professional Gerald Hendrick, who recently joined the CRL-U.S. Aluminum team as President, along with Patrick Lowrey, will oversee the expansion project and daily operations of the newly renovated U.S. Aluminum Division headquarters.
