Corning gets U.S. approval to buy Benton assets, with conditions

Specialty glass maker Corning Inc (GLW.N) has won U.S. approval to buy a division of Becton Dickinson & Co (BDX.N) that makes specialized labware, but must help Sigma-Aldrich Co (SIAL.O) enter that market, the Federal Trade Commission said on Wednesday.Read more here.
