Cifin Group acquires 100% stake in CAMäleon

The company recorded around euro 750 thousand in Sales in 2015.

Cifin Group has signed a contract to buy shares equal to 100% of the share capital of CAMäleon Produktionsautomatisierung GmbH.

The company is located in Germany, in Dettenhausen, and it is specialised in the development and distribution of software for multi-axis machining centres under PUMA System® brand.

Commenting on this operation, Valter Caiumi, President of Cifin Group, declared:

"This acquisition represents an important strategic step that will widen the software portfolio of the Group to the sector of machining centres for industrial applications.

Under Cifin Group, PUMA products will boost their growth opportunities and development in new industrial sectors, more and more oriented to the integration of the digital technologies in the manufacturing processes, to the Industry 4.0 and to the intelligent factory”.
