The North American Contractor Certification (NACC) program is pleased to announce the most recent addition to its certified Architectural Glass & Metal Contractor ranks.

Cherry Hill Glass of Branford, CT acquired certification after going through the ANSI accredited 3rd party NACC program which consists of several requirements intended to give building owners, general contractors, design professionals, and other stakeholders confidence that the glass and aluminum installation process will be performed to meet the needs of the project.

Cherry Hill Glass has been in business since 1992 and their President Kevin O’Neill recognized the advantages in becoming a NACC certified company.

“We found the process to be extremely beneficial in highlighting our strengths and pointing out our weaknesses. We will be a better company having gone through the process and look forward to the continued evaluations in maintaining our certification.”

The NACC program launched in 2015 and has 12 certified companies with several more in the process of being certified. NACC Program Manager Jeff Dalaba is seeing the interest continue to grow.

“We have several of the top glaziers in North America already certified with many others lining up, and we are getting great interest from the architectural community in wanting add language in their specifications calling for 3rd party certified companies.  The program continues to grow and we couldn’t be more pleased.”
