DuPont Chairman and CEO Chad Holliday has been named one of Start Magazine’s CEO Visionaries for 2002.

Start Magazine’s">Start Magazine’s CEO Visionaries award honors CEOs from manufacturing companies and their technology vendors who not only champion technology, but also are “proving to be the driving force behind it.” The magazine says: “Though DuPont is 200 years old, Chad Holliday doesn’t have them stuck in the past regarding technology.” It notes that DuPont is using the Internet to conduct reverse auctions and has embraced Six Sigma as a means of improving productivityDuPont Chairman and CEO Chad Holliday has been named one of Start Magazine’s CEO Visionaries for 2002.
