Innovations in Laser Technology and Exclusive Live Demos

At this year’s Glasstec 2024, cericom, now part of the LiSEC Group, will showcase its innovative solutions for the glass industry.

While the company will not have machines on-site at the event, cericom is offering an exclusive shuttle service from Düsseldorf to its headquarters in Minden, where visitors can experience live demonstrations of its cutting-edge laser technology. Pre-registration is required for those interested in the tour.

In addition to the shuttle service, cericom will host a series of expert talks at the LiSEC Stand Auditorium. These sessions will highlight the company’s advancements in laser technology and its application in modern glass processing.

Expert Talks at the Auditorium (40 seats per session):

  • Laser Technology That Saves Birds (October 23, 2024, 10:30 AM)

This talk will cover how cericom's laser technology helps prevent bird collisions with glass while preserving the visual design of buildings.

  • Marking Milestones: The Subtle Power of Laser Technology (October 24, 2024, 3:00 PM)

Attendees will learn how cericom’s low-cost permanent glass marking ensures product traceability throughout the lifecycle of glass products, an increasingly important factor in fully interconnected production environments.

  • The Transformative Impact of Laser Technology in Glass Processing (October 25, 2024, 10:30 AM)

This session will explore the potential of cericom’s sustainable, water-free, non-contact laser processing to replace traditional methods of flat glass production.

These presentations will provide attendees with insights into the latest trends and innovations in laser-based glass processing and demonstrate how cericom’s technology is pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the industry.

Live Demonstrations at cericom’s Facility in Minden

Visitors to Glasstec 2024 are invited to schedule a visit to cericom's headquarters in Minden, where they can see the company’s laser machines in action. The shuttle service from Düsseldorf will provide convenient transportation to and from the facility, allowing visitors to explore the technology firsthand. Registration is required via info@cericom.de.
