CEFLA Finishing Group – the GLASS division presents its program Glass Coating Technology: complete product line to offer the best application and curing of glass top sides.

On the booth K01 hall 22 all three application technologies including a drying oven will run in order to give a concrete and verifiable demonstration of the results achieved by chemically different coats. The objective is to prove the elevated application quality, reduced running costs and easy application of the machines produced by the group.

Automatic spray machine KLEENSPRAY FALCIONI: based on the experience of the Cefla Group this machine is worldwide leading on the sector of spray machines and systems for wood and plastic finishing. The machine applies a coating organic lacquer offering the following advantages:

 - Highly elevated top finishing quality with strong coating effect;

 - High speed, no lacquer waste and efficiency due to the patented JIT system for color change, especially suited to the coating of small glass elements batches.

Due to these features the spray application technique is getting more and more diffused.

Roller Application with SMARTCOATER MF SORBINI for the application of a semi-clear ceramic enamel; the machine is processed by great reliability, semplicity and efficiency especially for products that require low lacquer quantities.

Curtain coater TM95 SORBINI : for the application of a coating metallic top finishing product offering the following advantages: reduced investment costs, no lacquer waste, extremely high top finishing quality.

Glass Oven, in-line ovens with ultra-rapid curing systems due to the combined technology of hot air ventilation and IR lamps (infrared) or, as alternative, catalytic gas plates with working temperatures between 80°C and 200°C. The curing oven is extremely flexible and guarantees the quick and sure drying of each kind of enamel (with glass to be tempered) or organic coats (glass already tempered or glass that does not require any hardening).
