With over 2,000 sold units, the Easy-Lift is the top-selling piece of Bystronic glass handling equipment. For over 20 years, it has been convincing people with its rigid guidance and its own low dead weight.

This rigid guidance is also the main advantage of the Easy-Lift WINDOW. As a result, the operator is always able to suction the insulating glass unit without manual intervention in such a manner that the glass constantly remains in the desired position. The operator does not have to provide any manual assistance during the subsequent insertion into the window frame. Consequently, this means that no strenuous alignment or laborious readjustment is required. Consequently, the operator is able to work ergonomically and economically at the same time.

Flexibly adjustable, individually deployable

With its intuitive operation, the Easy-Lift WINDOW offers a practical solution with a real added value. Amongst other things, it also demonstrates its flexibility in terms of the adjustment of its suction pads. They are spring-mounted, thus enabling height compensation. Furthermore, they can be adjusted as required: The outer pads are equipped with extendable arms and the pads located in the central area can be quickly and individually adjusted in the X and Y axes in order to enable a safe suction at all times.

Not even pre-mounted roller shutters pose a problem to the Easy-Lift WINDOW. The suctioned window element always remains at the same distance to the lifting unit with the advantage that the element does not tilt and the roller shutter is not damaged.

The rigidly-guided lifting unit of the Easy-Lift WINDOW fundamentally eases the removal of finished windows. The position of the suctioned load remains the same after being lifted out. Furthermore, this is irrespective of whether the load is suctioned centrally or off-centre. On request, the integrated rotary function assumes the 90° rotation of the insulating glass or finished window element.

The Easy-Lift WINDOW is available in versions with load-bearing capacities ranging from 150 kg to 500 kg. The lifting is carried out pneumatially via a guided hoisting tube. The lift can be manually rotated from 0 to 360°. The vacuum is created via Venturi nozzles with an integrated latching system in order to increase safety.
