At exhibition at NGA Show 2002 - Houston, Bovone will present the following machines: ELB 10-45 Straight line edging machine for flat egde or miter 0°-45°, cerium polished, with rear and front seams, for glass thickness from 2 mm up to 30 mm.

It is equipped with 3 diamond cup wheels, 2 resin cup wheels, 1 polishing felt – for flat edge or miter; 1 diamond cup wheel, 1 polishing cup wheel – for front seam; 1 diamond cup wheel, 1 polishing cup wheel - for rear seam. The machine is controlled by PLC.

MINI-MAXI 371 CNC
Automatic straight line bevelling machine for cerium polished bevel and pencil edge grinding, for glass thickness from 3 mm up to 25 mm. Axes setting is automatically adjusted by computer according to the working parameters, which are displayed on a high resolution monitor; due to a large memory, it is possible to store and recall several working formulas". CNC also allows: to record linear metrage each wheel has performed (total, partial, per day) and to check their consumption. CNC safety parameters automatically check wrong settings, protecting thus the machine against any possible damage. It is equipped with: 2 diamond cup wheels, 5 resin cup wheels, 1 diamond pencil wheel, 3 polishing felts.

Horizontal washing machine to wash and dry flat glass, max width 300 mm The machine is equipped with: two pairs of cylindrical brushes with nylon bristles and spray rinsing pipes; two pairs od air-knives linked to an electric fan which is situated inside the machine’s frame; a hot air deumidifier is located above. Each pair of brushes has got its own water equipment which allows the use of recycling tanks or others. As the machine can process small-sized glass, it is apt to be used in laboratories, centres of research, etc.
