Borksy Glass Plant (Nizhegorod reg.) won't pay the dividends due to zero profit in 2002, the company informed in line with the results of the annual meeting of holders.The share capital of the company is worth 418.956mln rub. split in 4410066 common stocks of 95 rub. par.

The major holders involve Glaverbel Ltd (Cyprus) - 36.4%, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development - 19.25%, IFC - 19.25%, Alfa Capital Holdings Ltd (British Virgin Islands) - 7.05%, Verinvest OY - 6.17%
