In addition to established product areas there will be many new products on display: From the Machinery Division, for example, Bohle will exhibit a new automatic straight line edger from the Vetrocraft series with unbeatable value for money. The company also anticipates strong interest in the new Verifix Airstream series of laminating kilns that allow autoclave-free lamination. There will be new glass bonding products as well, like the Arcata designer fitting and an LED UV lamp. Bohle is breaking new ground with BevelLights, an intelligent LED lighting system which is integrated virtually invisibly into glass shelves. Attached to the front edge of a glass shelf with UV bonding technology, BevelLights pleasantly illuminates the entire glass pane as if shining itself.

Autoclave-free Lamination with Verifix Airstream

With the Verifix Airstream series, Bohle is introducing an innovative series of kilns for the autoclave-free production of laminated glass and laminated safety glass to the market. The low investment requirement in comparison to a classic autoclave is only one of many advantages. For all small to medium-sized glass processing companies, the Verifix Airstream series allows a reasonably priced introduction to the production of laminated glass without autoclaves or climatic chambers. This technology opens up many innovative and technically sophisticated market opportunities for glass processors. Examples of typical products that can be produced with the aid of the Verifix Airstream kilns are glass design elements with printed or coloured films or special papers on the inside for interior settings or creative shopfitting, combinations of glass with steel, stainless steel or wood for upscale furniture construction or elements for building fronts and balustrades, laminated safety glass made of tempered or semi-tempered glass or glass with technically sensitive function films like LED or LCD films (liquid crystal) or even embedded photovoltaic elements.

Vetrocraft Automatic Straight Line Edgers

Excellent products at excellent prices - this is the main focus of the new brand name Vetrocraft, under which Bohle will launch products with especially good value for money.

The first products to be introduced in the Bohle value line are straight line edgers for efficient grinding, arrissing and polishing of glass edges. Premium edge quality with minimum investment requirements is the message conveyed by this offer. The product series includes four fully automatic machines with four, six, eight or nine spindles as well as a manual machine with four spindles.

For all small to medium-sized glass processing companies, the Vetrocraft straight line edgers allow a reasonably priced introduction to automatic edge processing and a genuine alternative to other processing methods – in respect both to quality as well as price.

New Verifix LED lamp for curing UV bonds

The new Verifix LED lamp for curing UV bonds is a genuine energy-saving miracle. At the same time, with approx. 10,000 operating hours, the service life of the LED lamps surpasses conventional UV lamps by far. The new generation of UV lamps is suitable for bonding adapter plates, fittings or metal parts up to a diameter of 85 mm. Because the lamp has full power as soon as it is switched on, it only needs to be switched on (conveniently per foot switch) for the actual curing process. The Verifix LED lamp is handy, lightweight and quiet. Furthermore, it can be used with pinpoint precision and does not get hot.
