Belron Enters Russian Market with Seventeen Locations Acquired from Mobiscar

Belron parent company D'Ieteren announced today that the international auto glass repair and replacement chain has completed the acquisition of 17 auto glass repair and replacement facilities in Russia.

The facilities previously were owned by Mobiscar LLC.

Mobiscar was founded in 1998 and provides a range of auto glass services, including repair, replacement and also window film installation. Mobiscar also has a distribution arm.

While the new Belron locations are spread across four different cities, nine of them are in Moscow, according to the D'Ieteren statement. This acquisition brings the total number of countries in which Belron operates to 34.
