Anchor Glass Container "sell"

Analysts at Banc of America Securities maintain their "sell" rating on Anchor Glass Container Corp (AGCC). The target price is set to $12.In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company is expected to post healthy results in 2004.

The analysts believe that Anchor Glass Container's earnings would improve in H104 due to increased volume growth, improved productivity and margins expansion. Banc of America Securities expects the company's Q1 earnings to be ahead of the consensus expectations.
