China's Energy Resources Issues have become more and more serious in the view of international economy and the tendency of Marco-Economy in China.

Giving new insight into trend of China Glass industry, All in Glass 2009 and the 2nd China International High and New Glass Technologies Forum will be held concurrently from November 25th to 27th, 2009, at Hall 13.2 of the Zone B of China Import and Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou, PR China.
 
Highlights by Energy-saving and Environmental Protection, All in Glass 2009 will be in conjunction with the 2nd China International High and New Glass Technologies Forum focusing on “Solar Energy. BIPV. Energy-saving &Environmental Protection”. Organizer will invite Guangdong Supervision and Testing Centre for Glass Product Quality to this forum to introduce the new quality standards and inspection methods of architectural glass, such as the quality standards of filmed glass, semi-tempered glass and glass table & basin. Mr Wangchen Ya, the general secretary of Special Committee on Glass Furnace of China Energy Conservation Association will also be invited to this forum and introduce the latest oxy-fuel and rich oxygen combustion technology for glass furnaces.
 
This exhibition and form will cater for the needs of glass industry upgrading and has received great supports from solar PV industry. On the first day of forum focusing on solar PV, Mr Shi Dinghuan, the president of China Society for Renewable Energy and Dr. Shen Hui, Chairman of Shenzhen Solar Energy Society, will participate in this forum and give speeches on photoelectric/ Photovoltaic Technology and BIPV. Besides, Mr Baoyi Wang, the chief expert of China Building Materials Academy will introduce the new technology of solar energy panel.
 
In the aspect of solar energy photovoltaic generating, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Science and Technology and National Energy Administration have jointly issued The Notification about Implementation of Solar PV Demonstration Projects, which will promote the development of solar PV industry by the combination methods of finance subsidies, technology support and market driving. It also plans to support the solar PV demonstration projects of more than 500 MW by adopting finance subsidies. As to energy conservation building, local government, like Shanghai and Guangdong, also formulated the standards and regulation of energy conservation building. Application of Technology of BIPV in Demonstration Projects, which was staged by the Ministry of Finance, has confirmed the finance subsidies on the three types for Application of Technology of BIPV in Demonstration Projects, with the highest standards are 20 RMB/W and 15 RMB/W. The three types are building material, component and bonding material for roof & wall. Furthermore, the surging demands of real estate have also driven the sales of glass and caused rise in its price. The output of China glass in June is about 48.75 million boxes, nearly the highest level of monthly output in history. As busy season of glass sales is coming in Sep and Oct, the sales of glass will hit the peak of that in 2007, and the price of some areas will be even higher than the year of 2007. 
 
All in Glass is co-organized by China Foreign Trade Centre and Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd., and hosted by China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Exhibition Corporation and Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd. It is expected to attract 95 exhibitors from the world, with an exhibition area of 8,000 sqm. This event will provide opportunities for China glass industry in the recovery of world economy.
