Spontaneous breakage due to Iron inclusions

I would like to find out if it is possible to a heat strengthened glass break spontaneously due to iron particle inclusions?

It is possible for a nickel sulphide (not iron) particle to cause a failure, but the probability is very low. If the glass was correctly Heat Strengthened to EN 1863 then the failure should only have caused cracks to propagate to the edge of the glass, no particles should have fallen out of the frame.
