when our glass afer tempered , there is a fog line on the glass, if the glass is big would be two lines on the glass. The line always on the same place when tempered,if do the curved tempered glass, the line would be conspicuous. our technicians try to find the reason,and invite many technicians to help, but it is fail.

The best way to reduce the white marking is to use a compressed air distribution system inside the furnace to conduct extra heat into the top surface of the glass and keep it flat during the early stages of heating.
A company in the UK manufactures a system they call ‘Cyclone Cat’ which can easily be fitted to most furnaces. I believe the cost is around £25,000 for a 1300mm x 2700mm system, but if you are interested you could contact them for more information. The system is described on their website:
