All the Pilkingtom on-line coatings are abrasive resistant.
Pilkingto K low-e glass
Pilkington Activ self cleaning etc.
These coatings are introduced on to the glass within the float bath when the glass is around 700c hence the term on-line. Off line coatings by sputtering etc are soft coatings and are not resitant to abrasion

Yes you are correct hard coating is more resistant. The process to produce hard coated glass it is refereed to as pyrolitic process, sometimes even on-line coating. The coating is apllied to the hot glass during its passage through the annealing lehr. The coating is absorbed into hot glass and then cooled with the glass. Therefore is more durable as coating is mixed into the glass and it is harder to remove.
