Very thin plate glass

I am looking to source 1mm(approx) thickness plate glass which we need in our laboratory in order to cast electrophoresis. The glass must therefore be able to sustain moderate temperature increase and voltage of up to 150V. Does anyone know of a source of such glass - the manufacturers of the equipment no longer sell it, and so far enquiries with glaziers have drawn a blank due to the thin-ness! I would prefer a supplier in the UK, although others would be considered, provided it can be shipped safely and relatively cheaply! Many thanks
