building glass suppliers

I am interested what percentage of building glass (mainly window glass) is made in US, and what percentage is imported and from what countries?
I would be thankful for any type on infomation in this matter,

Try Pilkington www.pilkington.com. This company supplys glass product to the building, car, rail, aerospace industry etc.

There are research groups in the US who may be able to help you. Ducker Research near Detroit is very big. The Freedonia Group may also help. I am most familiar with Ducker Group and have seen by-lined articles by Ducker people in the trades. Good luck.
