I am trying to find out some prediction for the flat glass consumption in the future? Can anybody provide me with this type of information?

In a report that I have read not so long ago was written that the consumption of flat glass is to rise 4.1 percent per year to reach 3.9 square meters in 2004. Asia is expected to be the dominant market for flat glass in the world. In fact from 1990 till 1999; 110 float plant were build in Asia and “only” 75 in Europe.
Please note that this article that I have read does not include the effect on the market of the events following September 11, so this prediction might change.
