A large number of visitors has led to the success of Forel in this seventeenth edition of Vitrum. The biggest exhibition area and the presentation of the most innovative lines of work, reaffirmed the primary role of the company in the Italian and European territory.

Forel, company based in Treviso, is going through a period of strong expansion thanks to the many investments in order to implement the automation of its equipment and after sales services.Many groups and the main European and international glassworks, are investing in Forel’s equipment such as vertical grinding, drilling and milling lines, IG lines, vertical cutting lines and lamination lines, recognizing the experience in vertical processing and appreciating the flexibility in order to design new lines for processing Jumbo or extra Jumbo glass panes.These features put Forel as a reference as a forerunner of future market trends.

The family company will celebrate the fortieth anniversary in 2016, an additional guarantee for the many customers who recognize the continuity and professionalism of “Made in Forel”.



During the show, the audience was interested in demonstrations at the stand, which exhibited a line for the composition of the insulating glass with high energy efficiency of the latest generation.

Among the novelties, the new automatic sealing robot high performance. Automatic sealing machines with a device for the support of the central plate during production of multiple panels. This system guarantees a high quality of symmetry between all plates also with big dimensions and heavy weights.

Furthermore, the line included the new updated frame application conveyor, in order to facilitate the operator in checking the quality, the cleaning of the glass and the laying of the spacer profile.

Much appreciated also the vertical line for grinding and milling, whose strengths are summed up in speed, flexibility, high quality of the finished product and a return of the investment in a short time. Distinctive features of the system are:
