The washing machine is assuming a more and more strategic importance in many production lines, from double glazing to laminated glass, from low-e to silvered, from tempered to silk-screen printed glass.

In the light of the above, technology applied by VITRODODI to the new horizontal washing machines of MODULO ONE series grants an incomparable reliability, with glasses washed and dried at up to 15 m/min. speeds.Widths range from 1000 mm to 3300 mm, and thicknesses up to 50 mm (500 mm for maintenance).

Another field VITRODODI have considerably invested in in the last years is bevelling, by putting beside the well-known and reliable, seven-wheel straight line beveller BEMAX 6000 EL the new model FUTOMAX, available in versions 910 (10 wheels) and 912 (12 wheels).

The glass conveying tracks have been made with a brand new sliding system, using materials that grant the minimum wear in time, with a patented automatic system for small pieces. All of the machine functions are automatic and PLC controlled. The FUTOMAX 910 is equipped with nine wheels for bevel, and one for edging; whereas the FUTOMAX 912 has nine wheels for bevel, one for edging, and two for pencil edge.

STRATOVIT continues to enjoy interest worldwide, allowing to produce, with a simple and effective method, high quality laminated glass with liquid resin. Depending on the required output, the line composition is customized, and standard sizes range from 2600 x 1500 mm to 4000 x 2600 mm.

The most demanded configuration includes STRATOVIT pump, INCLIMATIC DOUBLE filling table, and CIELO UV top with lamps.
