MOUNTAIN LAKES, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VitroCom, a manufacturer of high precision technical glass products, announced today that it has significantly increased its manufacturing capacity with expansion of its glass fabrication facilities and floor space.

The company also announced availability of an online shopping cart for direct purchase of everything from precision glass tubing through capillary products (VitroTubes™) in a full inventory of sizes, materials and finishes.

VitroCom has nearly doubled its factory floor space and expanded its glass fabrication capacity to accommodate increasing demand for its ultra-high quality technical glass products. “As medical and telecommunications products require more precise and miniaturized glass products, demand for our services has grown accordingly,” said Phil Motyka, director of VitroCom. “There are very few glass fabricators who can create custom products with micron-sized features while adhering to the most exacting tolerance requirements. We are very pleased to be able to offer our customers expanded capacity and the convenience of 24/7 ordering ability through our new online shopping service.”

VitroCom’s new online shopping service enables customers to specify glass type, size, shape and quantity for instant ordering. Customers can also use the shopping cart to order custom products by uploading specifications or even drawings with request for feedback, via an online form. VitroCom’s expanded glass manufacturing facilities and prototyping expertise significantly shortens the time between a project idea and a quality engineered glass product.

A fabricator of technical glass products for more than 40 years, VitroCom engineers combine state-of-the-art computer automation with traditional glass blowing craftsmanship to create glass products of extraordinary precision and quality. VitroCom fabricates glass in sizes ranging from micro-tubing to 100 millimeter/10 centimeter cross sections for small prototype through large, economical production.
