Wlns.com reported that Venezuela Workers at Venezuelan glass manufacturer Vivex ended a strike that forced several automobile assembly plants to temporarily stop or slow production.





Jose Felix Maita is general manager in the eastern city of Barcelona for Vivex, which supplies glass to the local auto industry. He says labor ministry officials helped to negotiate an end to the strike.



Venezuela's leading automobile assembly plants reportedly suspended or slowed production after the companies ran out of windows.
