Ursula Kretzschmar new CFO of profine Group

The Supervisory Board of HT Troplast GmbH (profine Group) has appointed Ursula Kretzschmar (50) as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of profine taking effect on January 15, 2013.

In this position, she will succeed Gerhard Bickmann who left the company for personal reasons in September 2012.

"She has an excellent and longstanding management experience in interna-tionally operating companies and will be a great addition to the Board of Management. Together, we will develop the company further in our team”.

Currently, Ursula Kretzschmar is heading the Finance and Controlling Division of Borg Warner Turbo-Systems GmbH in Kirchheimbolanden, a world-wide leading automotive supplier.

Following her studies at the Cooperative State University Baden Würt-temberg in Mannheim, the graduate in business administration held management positions with steadily growing responsibilities focussing on the chemical and paper industries and gained extensive restructuring experience.

Before joining Borg Warner, Ursula Kretzschmar had held the position of Managing Director with Cordier Spezialpapier GmbH in Bad Duerk-heim.
