The Company hopes to have the United States based Fluor Corporation through its South Africa-based Fluor SA (Pty) Limited, as its EPC, and is looking to sign with Germany-based Siemens AG, as the supplier of its needed automated glass making technology, equipment, and processes for the successful and efficiently manufacturing flow of the Tses Glass Manufacturing Plant.

The construction of the Tses Glass Manufacturing Glass is expected to begin in May 2012 and is expected to produce glass products with international quality standards for the markets around the world, specifically Africa, US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Tses Glass will comply with a range of international standards including Japanese Industrial Standards; European Standards; Australian and New Zealand Standard.
"Tses and the entire southern Namibia area are plentifully endowed with awesome raw materials for producing great glass products possibly for the next 150+ years. Hence our Tses Glass products will be made with highly selected ingredients such as the silica sand has low iron content for a production of clear glass with less green and higher light transmission to improve visual aesthetic to exceed the international market’s expectation." Budgeted at more than US$5 billion (N$41 billion) for its development and construction, and taking in account of 430 workers per ton for a 20 million net ton capacity, Tses Glass expects to create more than 46,500 direct manufacturing jobs in Tses alone with more than 233,000 new indirect job opportunities throughout Namibia.
