GLASSOLUTIONS is sharing its knowledge of sustainable glazing solutions for the newbuild and refurbishment markets at Ecobuild 2014, stand N750.

On show will be its triple glazed sealed units featuring SGG PLANITHERM glass which deliver windows ideal for newbuild to Passivhaus standards along with high-specification refurbishment projects. In addition to excellent thermal insulation with whole window U-values as low as 0.8W/m2K and no cold bridging at the edges, the neutrality of the glass is exceptional to ensure clarity of vision and the appearance of double glazing.

GLASSSOLUTIONS will also be demonstrating how superior thermal efficiency standards can be achieved in domestic refurbishment projects using its EcoClear double glazed sealed units.

A series of seminars on stand N750 with speakers from GLASSOLUTIONS, Saint-Gobain Glass and Saint-Gobain group will demonstrate the benefits of a joined-up Group approach, the strength of its warranties, and its commitment to contributing to the government’s energy efficiency targets.

Mike Butterick, marketing director for GLASSOLUTIONS said: “The energy reduction drivers continue to demand new ways to approach both newbuild and refurbishment projects and we are delighted to be able to offer a range of practical solutions to meet these challenges.

“We exhibit at Ecobuild as part of the Saint-Gobain group stand which perfectly illustrates our capabilities to integrate glazing with other building fabric components manufactured by Group companies for the creation of thermally superior structures.”

Matt Kirby, Marketing Manager at Glassolutions will deliver seminars at the Saint-Gobain stand N750, at 4.15pm to 5.30pm on Tuesday 4th March and 1.30pm to 2.45pm on Wednesday 5th March.
