(Pinksheets:SLTZ) (the "Company") today announced that the Company is in talks with a large European renewable energy developer on several solar energy projects in Europe.

The total output of such projects is anticipated to exceed 100 megawatts. There can be no assurance that any contracts will result from such talks, or that any contracts signed will have successful results.
