With the new SGG PLANICLEAR basic glass, Saint-Gobain Glass presents a high-quality clear float glass, which convinces with its improved optics and aesthetics.

Its high degree of transparency allows greater use of daylight and optimizes energy transmission. It thus offers convincing advantages in all areas of the market.    



In the façade design of commercial buildings, for some years now there has been a trend towards glazing, which is characterized by transparency, clarity and colour neutrality. This trend is satisfied by the new clear float glass SGG PLANICLEAR, which Saint-Gobain Glass has now brought to market. The highly transparent glass offers improved light transmission (TL) with simultaneous higher energy transmission and lower energy absorption.



SGG PLANICLEAR can be used in both facades and residential properties, as well as in the area of interior design. In the housing sector, when used in windows the glass improves living comfort through optimal use of daylight and a good energy balance and is thus ideally suited for energy-efficient homes.
