Schicker renews Diamon-Fusion’s license for second 5-year term

Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI), supplier and exclusive licensor of the Diamon-Fusion patented hydrophobic technology, signed a 5-year license agreement renewal with Schicker Luxury Bath Enclosures, DFI’s first licensee and a major force in the high-end shower door business in the San Francisco Bay area.Schicker Luxury Bath Enclosures, founded in 1980 by Swiss immigrant Peter Schicker, is a highly reputable shower door contracting company and has clientele that include large contractors and home centers, such as Home Depot, not to mention many well-known kitchen and bath companies.

The company has expanded its business every year and for the last 5 years, the Diamon-Fusion process has played an important role in that growth.

“Diamon-Fusion has proven to be an excellent added value to our line of shower enclosures and has certainly been a key element in the consistent growth of our business," said Peter Schicker, president of Schicker Shower Doors. "We are pleased to sign a 5-year extension license renewal since it has demonstrated to be a necessary added feature in our glass products and the demand in the market place has proven that to be the case”.
