Rexam, the global consumer packaging company and the world’s leading beverage can maker, announced on 27 October 2006 the appointment of Wolfgang K Meusburger as an independent non executive director.





In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, we notify that he is Vice President of the non executive Board of JoWooD Productions Software AG and was previously a non executive director of Wolford AG until April 2006.

There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
