Historically applied using an industrial spraygun, the ColorSpray epoxy acrylic based paint system is ideal for the backpainting of glass in a variety of applications. Its flexibility and performance allow it to be applied to any monolithic glass surface, and even in laminated glass, with no specialist drying or curing equipment. What’s more, any Ral, Pantone, NCS or BS colour can be achieved. And now, with the Goldglass M.R.C 2350- CI automatic painting machine, ColorSpray can be applied to glass automatically.
The machine is efficient and easy to use, and can apply ColorSpray at a rapid rate. Paint quality is managed using the high performance spray gun, whilst spread and coverage is controllable via automatic speed adjustment and the belt conveyor system's pace range. It includes an integrated extraction system which removes paint dust and fumes to the dust collector unit, as well as an automatic cleaning system that cleans all excess paint within minutes, making the M.R.C 2350- CI ready to paint a new colour in virtually no time at all.
