RCN Solutions have just completed the installation and training of one Lammy System 2+2 in Australia.

RCN’s technical staff was happy to meet and work with the professional team of Viridian Glass, who after a few hours ware able to start production and laminate at full speed.

The glass laminating kiln, Lammy System 2 + 2, one chamber with two shelves, active size 2500 by 5000 millimetre, has been completed with four RD CLEAN CONCEPT bags to hasten production and allow an end product with clean edges. In addition, the over-top storage unit equipped with two additional shelves can increase the output by at least 30%.

Based on alternation of the four shelves - two into the lamination chamber and two out - on pre-vacuum or cooling, in a sort of hand-operated job, the system can be upgrade further in the future by adding an additional laminating chamber to double production.

RCN thanks Viridian for this opportunity and for the friendly welcome.

RCN SOLUTIONS is more and more busy in Oceania to increase its presence, understand market requirements and provide good service.
