This is an innovative machine that has already gained wide approval in the glass sector and at the recent fairs at which the San Marino company has participated.
Quota Glass, a numerical control work centre with 3 or 4 interpolated axes for glass processing, is based on solid know-how acquired in thirty years experience by the parent company that, deeply rooted in the stone sector, has consolidated itself and is confirming its brilliant position in the glass sector too.
Quota Glass carries out drilling, routing, grinding, polishing, saw blade cutting, writing and grooving jobs and very much else, confirming itself as being a complete and effective piece of machinery for any need,
The monolithic structure of Quota Glass facilitates all loading and unloading operations, as well as transport and installation activities.
Quota Glass is installed with an Osai CNC control unit with digital card for the control of the axes, which interfaces with an industrial PC with CD-ROM, USB port (4 + 2), network card, optical mouse, keyboard and TFT 15-inch flat screen colour monitor. Quota Glass is equipped with software dedicated to glass processing, developed with one of the top software manufacturers of the sector.
At the Vitrum fair in Milan the specialised Denver technicians, famous for attention to and care of the customer in pre and post-sale situations, will be happy to demonstrate the features of Quota Glass Max and answer all visitors’ needs for information.
