Participation to Glass Build America 2014 - Post exhibition impressions

As always the West Coast customers have confirmed their presence but very interesting figures also came from the visitors from East Coast, Canada and South America (Mexico at the top of the list).

We have had excellent results, this has certainly been possible thanks to two fundamental factors: our sales network that has made a great job in the last period obtaining interesting results and the machine we had in the booth. This edger, model TLR 13 AV C, was the biggest fully operative machine installed within the fairground. This allowed us to demonstrate even more, to all those who don’t know us very well, the possibility we offer to process great thicknesses and big glasses also on three shifts.

Visitors have had the chance to personally experience it by testing the peculiarities of our products.

As previously stated, also the visitors’ level has been very interesting, considering that both the already acquired customers and the new contacts we met turned out to be potential buyers in the short-medium period.

All this confirms the United States as a recovering economy, especially pulled by some States in which the building industry is offering a new boost also to our sector. It is a market that can reward the high quality products Italy can offer.
