Santelli Tempered Glass Inc., which received an incentive package from the city of Ocala in 2010 to expand its Pennsylvania business and create 35 new jobs in Ocala, has shut its doors.The City Council voted Tuesday night to sue the company, which failed to meet its obligations.

The suit will seek $26,616 plus interest of $2,981 through Jan. 18 and $4.90 a day thereafter to repay the money the city advanced.
