On April 28, 2019, Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions awarded NorthGlass and other six companies in Songjiang District "Shanghai May Day Labor Award".

"Shanghai May Day Labor Award" is an honor established by Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions that granted to advanced collectives, which are recommended by the Songjiang District Trade Union, to be democratic selection adhere to put the word "strictness" first.

It commends the collective that has made contributions to Shanghai's scientific and technological innovation, high-end intelligent manufacturing, integrated circuits and other industries, promotes the spirit of model workers, labor spirit and craftsman spirit, and foster a social custom of working honorably and striving for perfection.
