NGA Architects Forum: Glass + Performance Added to GlassBuild America's Education Lineup

GlassBuild America: The Glass, Window & Door Expo® is pleased to announce a new partnership between the National Glass Association’s Glass Magazine®, and Architects Newspaper to bring more than 150 architects to GlassBuild America 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia.

The NGA Architects Forum – Glass +Performance will be held Wednesday, September 11 from 9 am to 5 pm at the Georgia World Congress Center."Arial">"We are very excited about bringing the architecture community to the premier glass, window, and door event in North America. This is a great opportunity for architects and designers to not only get a day of meaningful education but to also have the ability to see and experience the latest technology and high performance products that the glass and glazing industry has to offer," comments Jim Gandorf, Vice President of Association Services at National Glass Association; Nicole Harris, Vice President and Publisher at National Glass Association and Glass Magazine®; and Diana Darling, Founder and Publisher of Architect’s Newspaper.

The NGA Architect's Forum will bring together cutting-edge designers and industry professionals for an intensive one day program on the design, fabrication, and construction of high performance architectural and decorative glass. Highlights include a keynote address by architect Neil Denari, one of the leading figures in L.A.'s dynamic design scene, and an exclusive look at the Herzog & de Meuron's new Miami Art Museum, currently under construction. AIA CEU credits are available. Architects Forum registration includes the workshops, demonstrations, lunch, and a closing networking reception in addition to three day access to the GlassBuild America trade show floor.
