New Trulite CEO Announced

Deerfield Beach, FL – January 2, 2013 – Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions, LLC. (“Trulite”) today announced the appointment of a new CEO, Paul Schmitz.

Paul replaces Jeff Leone, CEO who for the previous two and a half years was responsible for the successful integration of three companies: Arch, UGC and Vitro.The Board wishes to thank Jeff for his numerous contributions and making progress toward becoming the industry leading glass and aluminum provider.

Most recently, Mr. Schmitz led ThermaSys Corp. where he was responsible for driving growth in sales and earnings across seven operating divisions. This was accomplished through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, consistent kaizen events and an intense focus on customer responsiveness. Mr. Schmitz is a graduate of Kansas State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering.
