NelBran Glass acquired by Lazarus Capital Partners

Birmingham’s NelBran Glass has a new owner.Lazarus Capital Partners said it has purchased the retail division from owner Larry Striplin of Birmingham for an undisclosed sum and will now operate the business, according to a news release.

The 68-year-old NelBran provides commercial glass, automotive windshields, windows and mirrors, framed mirrors, glass shelving and other specialty glass.



Lazarus Capital Partners, also based in Birmingham, is a private equity fund manager, which targets manufacturing, distribution and service businesses in the Southeast for acquisition.
