MACOTEC is a dynamic company made up exclusively of technicians with considerable experience in field of glass processing machinery.

From the beginning we identify our core objectives as design and production of machines with high quality standard both for the components used and performances granted.

The strong points of our machines are the advance technology, quality components used. The value placed on machine design, easy of use and maintenance make the name of MACOTEC synonymous with quality and reliability.

We can satisfy any need for straight-line and shaped cutting tables, lines for monolithic-laminated glass for small, medium and large-scale production.

STRATO LINE
The new machine Strato Line for the cutting of the laminated glass is an evolution of the old one. Remain the same points, the correct and automatic positioning of the glass sheet with settings from 300 mm up to 2400/3000 mm for standard version of table , with the possibility of handling measurements of 6000 mm for special jobs, and the completely automatic cycle of cutting: from the cutting to the PVB separation without any movement of the sheet. The great innovation for this year on Strato Line is the application of the “knife” able to cut PVB until 4,56 mm thickness.

Combined STRATO EASY-SHARP CUT
To realize its new machines, Macotec identify itself with the single customer’s requirements. Thanks to this own capability to understand the effective needs of the productors, Macotec’s Technicians have made up a new machine able to cut monolithic and laminated glass. It is a combined machine between Sharp Cut for straight cutting and Strato Easy for laminated cutting.
The combined machine is made up of Module Strato Easy 3 with measuring bridge maximum run until 3000 mm equipped with digital Brushless motors, thermal lamp with average speed to open the PVB from 0,38 mm up to 1,52 mm. It can cut thickness glass from 3+3 up to 6+6 mm and monolithic glass from 3 up to 12 mm, straightness precision ± 0,5 mm. It can be equipped with options like: laser tracer which can be used for the correct positioning of the glass sheets during transverse and oblique cutting; High power (HP) quartz lamp for the fast PVB opening.

Sharp cut is a tilting cutting table to be side to Strato Easy, equipped with air cushion for the moving of the glass, 3 breakout bars, motorised upper bridge endowed with reference blocks min measures 300 mm, max measures 3.000 mm, cutting head for the straight cutting of monolithic glass from 2 up to 19 mm, industrial Pc and optimisation programs.

CUT STAR
Cut Star is an automatic tilting glass cutting table to cut both straight and shaped glassed. Thanks to the high technology and high quality of builds Cut Star ensures reliability and accurate cutting. The aluminium bridge mounted on very high precision, tempered racks and straight line guides, allows a speeder bridge movement until 140 mt/m with a cutting accuracy ± 0,2 mm.

Using state of the art electronics an pneumatics an multiple cutting pressures, give open cuts even on shaped glasses from 2 up to 19 mm thickness. Thank to dual reference stops it is able to cut laminated glasses automatically.

Cut Star can be equipped with optimisation programme for the management of the glass cutting, table digitiser to import by laser particular shapes, CAD system for the creation of any geometric shapes and also suction cups, mounted on the bridge, for the movement of glass sheets. Cut Star is available in 3,4 and 6 mt version.
