Libbey Glass union workers win concession at negotiation

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -The Libbey Glass company in Shreveport and union workers negotiated again and the union says they will have won a single concession from the company that will lead to a vote by rank and file on January 12th for a tentative three-year accord.

The concession will delay the glass company's increase of healthcare costs for employees until July 1, 2012.
