Latest “Conservationist of the Year” Award Goes to…

Johann Sinnitsch GmbH & Co KG was granted the Castolin Eutectic Conservationist Award 2011.

We reward customers with extraordinary achievements in the field of industrial wear with the “Conservationist of the Year” Award already back from the 1980s. Criteria for nomination include the sensible use of resources, reduction of costs, innovation, inspiration, solution-oriented approaches, wear protection, increasing the lifetime of parts/machines, combining different metals and long-term partnership with Castolin.

In 2011, the award was presented to Johann Sinnitsch GmbH & Co KG in recognition of excellent performance.

Winner´s profile

The company offers preventive wear protection as revision, as well as production of new components. With special focus on the brick industry, powder metallurgy, glass, ceramics, cement, producers of building materials, tools and plants, customers from different industries are ensured reliable service for generations. Particular attention is paid to endurance control in order to constantly develop new solutions through the experience gained in collaboration with clients. This is mainly possible due to the long-standing customer relationships. The brothers Ing. Werner, Johann and Kurt Sinnitsch lead the company together with 50 employees. We are pleased that the 2011 award went to a family-owned business, which was established back in 1920 and is now in its third generation.

Since the implementation of the “Conservationist of the Year” Award, Busatis GmbH, ÖBB, Lafarge Cement and Sappi Paper have been granted this special honour.
