Alongside the traditional activities in the areas of computer-supported control technology, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical engineering, materials processing, automation technology and process development, apprentices (m/f/x) will come into direct contact with high-tech machines and systems, including innovative laser systems.
Thanks to the site’s partnership with our Beverungen and Kretzschau locations, trainees (m/f/x) will gain insight into all the HEGLA Group’s products, and can look forward to a varied working life that is rich in learning opportunities.
Working in HEGLA’s various undertakings opens up additional perspectives on the individual fields of mechanical engineering – from software to finishing treatments – and allows trainees to acquire skills far beyond those gained in traditional apprenticeships.
“The offer of an apprenticeship that involves lasers and is stationed across different locations is a very important project for us,” said Dr Thomas Rainer, authorised signatory and Head of Development at HEGLA boraident. “The world of work is no longer divided up into individual fields – it’s about the way that all the different parts connect and add up to create a whole.”
