SEAMMAXX-PRO In a space of barely 11 x 8m, or 35ft x 25ft, the all-new line was pushing out an average 7 lites every minute: Seamed (arrissed), laser logo’d, edge deleted, washed and dried and automatically accumulated into furnace-ready batches!  The show line was for maximum seaming size of 120 x 80” (3m x 2m) with furnace batching area 144 x 84” (3.65 x 2.1m) and a minimum of just 12 x 6” (300 x 150mm).The fastest, most compact and efficient automatic seaming line in the world !Beat that !LASERMARK-PRO V3 was premiered, the first high power CO2 laser marking system fully contained in its own mobile, plug&play cabinet.Touch screen controls, up to 1000 logos, barcodes, text and whole lot more.Typical marking time around 1 second.Beat that!SHAPESEAM-PRO was a big crowd-puller.

Random shapes and sizes seamed all round without any pre-programming, just load and go!

The system works it all out for itself.

Massive interest and a firm order from a leading German glass processor right there at the stand.

Beat that!

UNIX heavy duty manual seamers were a hit as always, the only truly professional machines designed to deliver non-stop round-the-clock reliability.

Of special interest were the new add-on WALK-THRU BARS for supporting large and heavy glass sizes during processing, without obstructing access to the machine while processing small and medium size lites.

And they’re available as retro-fit self-assembly kits for existing customers too.

Am I delighted with our products and reputation? Am I proud of the Ashton team? Too right I am!

Bring me the Ashton company drum – I’m going to beat that ! ?

Steve Ashton.
