After the great success in Düsseldorf, For.El. S.p.a. welcomes you to Vitrum2003, at its stand located in the historical centre of Venice, the city from which glass-making originated (Hall 14/I Stand C01-C19-E04).

In this exhibition For.El. reproposes its product par excellence – the vertical cutting line for monolithic and laminated glass. Due to its quality, productivity, automation and safety features this machine is the world’s most unique, original, exclusive and unparalled model in terms of technology and innovation.

For.El. proposes the renowned automatic line for double-glazing, a true must for all third-millennium manufacturers of double-glazing. This machine is the result of combining the most advanced technologies with the finest automatisms currently available for the production of insulating glass units. For.El. moreover offers effective customized solutions to satisfy every possible need. For.El’s automatic line for double-glazing is renowned for its great flexibility, and in fact with this line you can produce traditional double panes, structural glazing units and even triple panes. The automatic systems that compose the line are highly modular, so much so that they can be adapted to non-For.El. production lines.

The great novelty that is bound to attract the public’s attention is the automatic vertical glass edge arris grinding machine. With this new machine For.El. presents the ultimate in safety and quality. And indeed the purpose of this project is to grind the edges of glass panes, this way no sharp edges are formed during the cutting stage, thereby avoiding breakage due to any micro-cracks resulting from cutting and making glass handling very safe. In the double-glazing automatic line the edge arris grinding machine is located just after the edging machine and before the washing machine.

When you visit the For.El. stand you can view other consistent innovations such as the hot melt sealing robot which has been fine-tuned in order to eliminate the time taken up for the second sealing to harden on the double-glazed pane, and an effective update has been made to the manual butyling machine too.
In addition to high technology and quality, a For.El. product also offers a very efficient after sales service. In this way, For.El. S.p.A opened the new portal (www.forelservice.com) entirely dedicated to the maintenance and customer service.
Resulting from the need to speed up intervention requirements and the purchase of For.El. Service’s products, the portal permits the user to get in touch immediately with the company, to have updated information about products, working technologies, the most important sectorial demonstrations and innovations of For.El.’s products.

www.forelservice.com permits the registered user to consult and to download the technical literature concerning its machines and to buy on –line consumable supplies and required spare parts.
The after sales service is not just a part of the company policy, but is so important as to involve a team composed of engineers and highly qualified technicians.

For.El. machines all reveal many aspects that you can appreciate. These include creativity, expertise, technology, quality, and safety. In other words, they contain the fundamental ingredients of winning products that For.El. exports with great success throughout the world.
